PM Najib featured on stamp from Micronesia

The Federated States of Micronesia in the Pacific has done a step before us!! They featured PM Najib on their STAMPS (although he is not the main point of attention and this was done indirectly) Does PM know about this?? He is the 2nd from left .. We ourselves have not featured him on our stamps. LOOK AT THE STAMPS TO BELIEVE IT!!

Yes, he's on the sheet of the MS but Jalur Gemilang is on one of the stamp's background..
